This policy explains what personal information we collect on mytrendystudio.com, how we use it and what you can do about it. We wrote it in plain language.
Who we are
MyTrendyStudio (“we”, “us”) provides websites, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads and review systems for home service contractors in the United States. You can contact us about this policy at support@mytrendystudio.com.
What information we collect
What you give us in the audit or contact form:
- Your name, phone number, email address, business name, city, trade and the plan you are interested in.
What is recorded automatically when you submit the form:
- Date and time, the page you submitted it from, the page language, your IP address, where you came to the website from (for example, Google), your device type and the anonymous identifier Google Analytics assigns to your browser. We use it to reply to you, to protect against spam and to learn what works.
If you become a client:
- Your invoice and payment details.
- When you accept a contract online: the name you type, the date and time, your IP address and browser details, as a record of your acceptance.
Browsing data: we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the website, where they come from and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your device type, approximate location and pages visited. We do not send it your name, email or phone number. If you contact us, we may tell Google Analytics, without personal information, when your request moves forward or you become a client, to measure which pages and ads work.
Our own measurement: we also count visits with our own anonymous system that uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. It only records the page you view, where you came from, your device type and whether you tap the call or WhatsApp buttons, linked to an encrypted fingerprint that changes every day.
How we use it
- To answer your request and call you for your free audit.
- To send you the confirmation of your request and emails related to our services.
- To prepare and send proposals, contracts and invoices if you hire us.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to operate, and only for that purpose:
- Hostinger, which hosts the website and sends our emails.
- Google, for Google Analytics and for the fonts (Google Fonts), which receive your IP address when the page loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp; that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s policies.
We may also share information when required by law.
Cookies
We use very few cookies:
- Necessary cookies: a session cookie that shows your details on the confirmation page after you submit the form. It is not used to track you.
- Google Analytics cookies: to measure visits. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep requests as long as they are useful to serve you or for our business relationship, and invoice and contract records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except what we must keep by law.
How we protect it
Your information is stored in a private folder on our server that cannot be opened from the internet. Access to our internal panel is protected with a password and two-step verification. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, correct it or delete it, and stop receiving our emails. Email us at support@mytrendystudio.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
